Booth Info

We want to give you a head’s up that the Exhibit Hall area will be packed this year.

We’ve even turned away sponsors who would like to be at the event. It’s the best that we can do given the space that we have to work with.

The booths are six foot tables with two chairs for the RK & TPA, Reception & Presentation Sponsor levels. For the Exhibit Sponsor level, you will have a stand-up table instead (~2’ diameter) There should be a table cloth on the table, although we don’t know the color for certain. You are welcome to bring signage or a small booth display. Please be sure to bring any tools that you need for setup with you.

Because of the limited space and having more direct competitors in the room, booths will be assigned this year. We tried to keep direct competitors as far away from each other as possible to avoid being able to easily hear conversations with members.

Sessions

You are welcome to attend most of the sessions. However, if you are a sponsor who has a competitor for your product/services giving a presentation, we ask that you NOT be in the room when your competitor is presenting their products/services to the group.

Presentations

For those of you who are presenting (RK & TPA, Reception & Presentation Sponsors), we request that you send us a copy of your presentations As Soon As Possible so that can have our IT team make it available to attendees to be able to download before the meetings. This means that you’ll want to be mindful that any attendee, including other sponsors, will have access to download the presentation.

  • You may also use the link below which we highly suggest. The link will have the main peak nights of the 11th and 12th preselected.
  • For those wanting to add additional nights to their reservation they will need to click modify dates at the top of the screen.
